Superannuation Funds Advice
Self managed superannuation is the fastest growing sector within the finance industry.
The main reason for this growth is that people ultimately want more investment options which retail superannuation options cannot provide. Setting up a Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) allows you to manage your superannuation and control your investments.
Self managed super, like other superannuation (super) funds, is simply a way of saving for your retirement. The difference between an SMSF and other super funds is that members of a SMSF are the trustees and the trustees have to be members. This means members of the fund must ultimately run it for their own benefit.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission require that all SMSF's be audited on a yearly basis. SMSF auditing must be completed by an ASIC approved SMSF auditor. Our SMSF auditors are approved auditors under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (SIS Act).
